Modirify is a clinic management platform covering appointments, patients, billing, inventory, analytics, marketing, WhatsApp, and smart features depending on the plan and activation.

2Account and responsibility
- The clinic owner is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered into the system.
- The account owner is responsible for protecting login credentials and not sharing them with unauthorised people.
- Managing staff permissions inside the clinic is the responsibility of the clinic owner or the appointed admin.
- The system must be used only for lawful and professionally appropriate clinic management purposes.
3Acceptable use
Modirify must not be used for any fraudulent, illegal activity, or for activity that harms patients, other clinics, or the platform's technical infrastructure.
- You must not attempt to access another clinic's data or perform penetration testing without written permission.
- You must not send spam or unsolicited messages via WhatsApp or any other channel.
- You must not resell the service or share the account with external parties without consent.
4WhatsApp and patient consent
When using WhatsApp messaging, the clinic is responsible for having a legal basis or appropriate consent to communicate with patients and for complying with Meta and WhatsApp Business policies.
- WhatsApp messages may be subject to monthly limits, cost, or credits depending on the plan.
- Messages may be rejected or delayed due to Meta policies, phone status, or template quality.
- The clinic is responsible for the content of messages sent on its behalf.
5Billing and subscription

6Limitation of liability
Modirify is an operations and management tool, not a substitute for medical, accounting, or legal judgement. We are not liable for medical or financial decisions based on incorrect data entry or inappropriate use of the system.
- The service is provided as-is with reasonable effort to maintain stability and security.
- Outages or delays may occur due to service providers, the internet, or maintenance.
- Total liability, where any exists, does not exceed the value of the last three paid months of the subscription.
