Modirify may offer a free trial for a defined period so the clinic can evaluate the system before paying. Trial duration and limits are shown inside the app or on the pricing page.
- The free trial does not currently require a credit card.
- The trial may include limits on some features such as WhatsApp messages or AI marketing credits.
- After the trial ends, the clinic may need to activate a paid subscription to keep full access.
2Plans and subscription
Subscribing to Modirify is based on the plans and prices shown inside the app or on the home page. Plans may differ by patient count, credits, WhatsApp, or advanced features.
- Prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds or the country's supported currency where available.
- Subscription may be monthly or annual depending on the available plan.
- Any change in prices or plans is announced before applying to existing subscriptions where appropriate.
3Payment methods and subscription activation
The payment page shows methods available for the clinic's billing country and currency. These may include online payment through Stripe or another enabled provider, or a manual transfer requiring proof of payment. A listed country or plan does not guarantee acceptance of every card; availability and bank or payment-provider checks still apply.
- Online payments activate the subscription after a valid payment confirmation and verification of the order, amount and currency. Opening checkout or returning to the app alone does not prove payment was completed.
- Manual transfers require proof through approved channels and activation after review. Reviews take place during business hours and may vary with request volume or payment method.
- If Stripe does not support the display currency, the equivalent may be charged in USD. The charge currency, amount, exchange rate and rate date are shown before proceeding; the clinic's record currency and local prices remain unchanged. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own fees.
- The existing refund and cancellation policy still applies. This explanation does not change it or make an unavailable payment method available.
4Service suspension on non-payment
When the trial or subscription ends without renewal, some features may be restricted or full access suspended until the subscription is activated.
- We try to send alerts before the subscription ends when data and contact channels allow.
- Clinic data is not deleted immediately when the subscription ends, but a defined retention period may apply as described in the privacy and data deletion policies.
- Third-party services such as WhatsApp or AI may stop when credits or balance run out.
